Comedy & Humour

Humorous fiction refers to books that are intended to be funny, much like comedy in the form of novels or plays. It is rarely found in poetry unless it includes nonsensical rhymes for children. Humorous fiction books are entertaining and may initially seem to be light reads. However, they often explore the complexities of life, focusing on character flaws and absurd behaviours. Their main purpose is to make the reader smile or laugh.
