Wilkie Collins

Wilkie Collins was an English writer of the Victorian Era. His most notable work is the mystery novel The Moonstone, published in 1868, which is one of the earliest examples of detective stories in British literature. He is also famous for the mystery novel The Lady in White, published in 1860.
