Jules Verne

Jules Verne was a French writer of the 2nd half of the 19th century. His most popular work is the adventure novel Around the World in Eighty Days, published in 1872. He is famous for his science fiction novels, such as Journey to the Centre of the Earth (1864), Twenty Thousand Leagues under the Seas (1870), and The Mysterious Island (1875).
